I have a cracked screen on my s5 Neo. When this previously happened with other phones it was easier and less risky to replace the whole digitalizer. I have seen that replacebase stock only the digitalizer but I cannot find a guide online as to how to replace the full digitalizer assembly: only the screen.

Does anybody know if it will be complicated? I would rather not have to use a heatgun for example.

It seems that most of the tutorials show the screen replacement as sold on replacebase.

The tricky bit is the arrow and squares button. In my case the squares button stopped working but there are apps that substitute the function with the home button .

Hi, I would never try to replace the screen on any Samsung from the S4 onwards as it will take a long time to remove screen to then find you have cracked LCD, so best buy a screen assembly 😉
