I use a small flat screwdriver. They are usually included with the free bag of tools that come with cheap ebay LCDs.

I've taken an old 2mm philips driver tip and cut it with the Dremel to make it look like the driver in the first post. I don't use it often mind, but its there if I want to use it.

These are standoff screws.  You'll save yourself a lot of grief by using the correct driver tip for standoff screws. IFixit sell one:

Personally I use a Nanch drivers, they have a dedicated standoff screwdriver, I've found them the nicest screwdrivers to use and the quality is great. Would love it if Replacebase could stock these as I have to ship them from China.

It sounds weird but trust me the best tool for loosening and tightening these screws are the pentalobe. It grips the screw and doesn't cause any damage. Philips and flat head aren't straight forward always.

I've fixed thousands of iPhones.  3 good screwdrivers is all you need (not the cheap free ones).  A 0.8mm Pentalobe just to remove the 2x screen screws, a 1.5mm Philips head for 90% of screws & a 2mm flat head for everything else.  Even pro decent quality screwdrivers you can get for £1 each.  If you are damaging screws you probably have a crap or worn screwdriver.
These are great
