I am wanting to know what Replacebase`s policy is on trade sale DOA items are.

If something has arrived damaged then it is definitely worth contacting us directly by phone, email or live chat as we can have you refunded or a replacement sent out. If you can let us know by any of these channels you order number and attach some pictures of how the order has arrived we would be happy to get this sorted for you.
